Look out for an incoming email from the Pinnacle team or your event organizer. Within this email you’ll find a pre-registration link for your upcoming event.

Generally, it is best to avoid using government or organizational emails. These often have very restrictive firewalls and spam filters resulting in lost emails.

It Is best to use a personal email that you check frequently.

If you haven’t already pre-registered using the link in the preliminary email then you can simply scan the QR code during the event to pre-register for the gallery.

If you miss both the preliminary email and the QR scan you’ll be emailed a guest link by the Pinnacle team or your event organizers upon the completion of the gallery.

Finding your photo is simple. You can scroll the gallery or use the AI face identifier in the side panel to locate all of your photos.

Occasionally if two or more people have very similar facial characteristics the program may not fully differentiate between the subjects.

For that reason it's important to also scroll the gallery if you cannot locate your face in the side panel. Be sure to scan carefully for your image.
